Survey

Within the framework of the German-Greek ERASMUS+ project "VET2Business", the needs and requirements of future specialists in the hotel and catering industry are to be determined by means of a survey.

The aim is to design and implement two new curricula. In addition, training material for learning and apprenticeship training will be developed according to competence needs and in line with European transparency instruments (e.g. EQR, EQAVET, ECVET) using digital and innovative technologies.

Based on the results of this survey, ten selected occupations will be limited to two related occupations in the hotel and catering sector in order to allow project activities in the partner countries to focus on outputs that can be shared and ensure coherence between sectors in order to use them with maximum benefit for the partner countries and beyond.
